Human Resource services consist of the following services:

  • — Coordinate all employment processing including but limited to assistance with recruitment, interviewing, application process, background checks, necessary physical requirements and orientation.
  • — Develop and administer a competitive salary and benefit package.
  • — Administer and coordinate all employee relation programs / events.
  • — Develop and administer all HR policies and procedures and associate handbook.
  • — Provide position specific competencies, job descriptions, and evaluations.
  • — Administer appropriate level of disciplinary action including termination and employer representation at unemployment hearings.
  • — Provide associate counseling as a liaison between associate and company.
  • — Provide supervisory training.
