Human Resource services consist of the following services:
Coordinate all employment processing including but limited to assistance with recruitment, interviewing, application process, background checks, necessary physical requirements and orientation.
Develop and administer a competitive salary and benefit package.
Administer and coordinate all employee relation programs / events.
Develop and administer all HR policies and procedures and associate handbook.
Provide position specific competencies, job descriptions, and evaluations.
Administer appropriate level of disciplinary action including termination and employer representation at unemployment hearings.
Provide associate counseling as a liaison between associate and company.
